What size package(s) can I receive through EZSHOPDOM.COM?
You can receive packages of just about any size. However, you should keep in mind, we
currently only use air freight.
How long does it take to receive packages?
Your package(s) should arrive to Dominica 7- 10 days after they are delivered to Florida – once
they are labelled properly. Generally, items arrive sooner than this but it all depends on what
day it is delivered to Florida. Once we clear you packages through Customs in Dominica, you
should receive your invoice and package(s) in 2 days at most. Please contact us at (767) 235-466
before your order any items that need to be delivered by a certain date and we will advise if it
is possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, Linx, Visa, MasterCard and company cheques.
I do not have a credit card. Can you purchase on my behalf?

What are your business hours?
Our Dominica office is open Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Later times for
package pickups and deliveries can be facilitated at a predetermined fee. Please call in advance.
The shipping address in Florida is open to receive cargo Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Any packages attempted to be delivered outside of these hours are normally re-delivered on
the next business automatically by most US couriers.
My weight from my supplier does not match my package weight from EZSHOPDOM.COM. Why is this?
This can happen for two reasons:
1. Packages are sometimes charged as volumetric weight by the airline
carrier depending on the size of the packaging.
2. The actual weight of the item is different from the shipping weight when
packaging is added. All fractional weights are rounded to the next pound
(i.e. 1.1 lbs will be rounded to 2 lbs, 1.6 will also be rounded to 2 lbs etc.)
My order was shipped as several separate items. Can you consolidate them in Florida and
ship as one package?

Can I have a friend/ family member deliver directly to the address in Florida?
Yes, once all packages are labelled properly including the full Florida address, your full name,
and your EZ number.
